River City Ballroom Dance Competition

Alliance Dance Institute is excited for the upcoming dance competition!  A handful of our students will be participating in the event which will consist of American and International styles.  There will be a special professional exhibition by British Open/Blackpool Finalists Robertus Maleckis and Inga Sirkaite.  We wish the best of luck to all of our students who will be dancing this weekend!

Philadelphia Dancesport

ADI is proud to congratulate Betty Markowitz for her outstanding achievement at the Philadelphia Dancesport competion.  Betty received a great ovation from the audience who were inspired by her performance in multiple dances, American and International Style at 83 years of age. The competition had over 3,000 entries, of which Betty was the top points winner based on the number of entries and places earned.

Betty's teacher Gary Stephans also received 7th place overall for the Top Teacher Award.

 

Congratulations to both of you for expemlifying what Alliance Dance is all about!

Capital Dancesport Championships
